Opinion prompt #7

I don't think very fondly of most music. Most music these days is a bad influence on our nation and is filled with explicitness. When I'm listening to the radio, I hear things I wouldn't want my kids to hear, if I had any. The devil used to be the angel of music. Recently at church, my pastor talked about how the devil uses music to mess with us. The ideas music plants in your head and just the way it tempts you with words is amazing. I've seen people who can't change their past because they hold on to the style of music from their past. Every time they hear that style of music they're instantly reminded of everything associated with it. My pastor said the only good and clean type of music is gospel music, but I can't listen to that type of music. So do I believe music is a basic need in life? Absolutely not, i'd say the complete opposite.
