Opinion prompt #9
Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. Every body needs to start their day off in a positive way and what better than a nice breakfast. If I don't eat breakfast I'm usually hungry by the end of 1st block and I can't focus in class. When I eat a good breakfast I pay attention up until lunch and I can actually focus and learn. If I don't eat breakfast I'm usually in just a worse mood through out the day. Breakfast doesn't come until around 11 hours after dinner. That's the longest wait between meals that there is all day. If you wait until lunch that makes it closer to 18 hours without food. Breakfast is without a doubt the most important meal of the day.
